Tiger Lily tells the story of Emily, a young woman fighting breast cancer Trying to save her business and hoping for a bright future, fate throws her together with another cancer patient who is anything but gracious about her help. As Emily struggles to regain her footing, Charles continues to infiltrate her life. An unlikely duo, these two have a common interest in their battle with cancer. While each one deals with the illness in different ways they both have to overcome the obstacles presented but what Emily doesn’t know is that Charles is her main antagonist.
